These times are proving to be times of chaos and challenges for many of us. It is not easy to be in this world and not of this world. It is not easy to make your dreams come true either. And this can make us feel emotionally, mentally, spiritually and physically altered. But in order to manifest, we need to be balanced. How do we do that? By pulling away from overanalyzing, ruminating and overthinking. By being responsible for our thoughts and feelings. By committing to harmony. By surrendering, trusting and being grateful for what we have, what we are and what is flowing to us.

Until new opportunities and possibilities show up, we need to unconditionally accept what is, and detach from our eagerness of things being different and better. Comparing what we want with what we have at the moment only brings frustration and it does not change a thing. It puts you on a negative mood. It lowers your vibration. It is therefore harmful.

Do not get obsessed with what is beyond your control. It will drive you nuts. Do not feel defeated. There is still a long game ahead. Do what you have to do, and then relax. Stressing out will only make things worse, clouding your mind and wasting your energy.

The shortest road to your goals is doing everything that is in your hands and then letting it go. I know it is easier said than done. But it is the only sensible way. You have to come to terms with your current situation. You need to leave aside the doubts and the fear. Not only because it is not going to help in any way, but also because it makes you feel awful.

It makes no sense whatsoever to make yourself miserable. Each momento is precious, and this time will not come back. Life is not so much about getting and achievements. It is about being. All too often we forget that.

Whether we like it or not, our wisdom and vision is very limited. There are so many elements coming together that we are not aware of. In the Universe, everything is connected and perfect, so if things are not happening the way we wish, there may be a good reason for it. However, it takes a lot of humility to accept it instead of giving up unwillingly.

Remember to keep up your sprits and trusting through the most trying times too. Do things that bring you joy, take time to rest, treat yourself with compassion, maintain a positive vibration in order to allow positive things to come to you. Focus on whatever gets you excited, and be grateful to change your inner state.

The final objective is to develop ourselves to such a level that we can bounce back very quickly, even when bad unpleasant surprises arrive. Remaining in a position of balance, contentment and peace —no matter what  is going on outside—  is our greatest super power.

And never forget that not yet does not imply never. We have to learn to be patient and focus in the present. It is never a good idea to put our life on hold waiting for something else to happen. What we do now will certainly determine what the future will look like for us. Onwards and upwards!
