Let’s consider that the root of illness often lies in unexpressed emotions, toxic relationships, and harmful habits. Healing involves introspection, self-listening, and committing to conscious changes. We conclude by emphasizing the need to promote freedom, authenticity, and self-respect for a fulfilling life.
