She studied meditation and the workings of the mind with Tibetan lamas in India and Nepal for long periods, where she received teachings from the Dalai Lama on many occasions. Her Western training, mostly in the United States, spans several disciplines related to the mind and personal transformation.

She has taught personal and spiritual development since 2007. A pioneer in bringing mindfulness into organizations in Spain, she has trained more than 2,500 executives and, for 18 years, guided individual transformation processes as a coach. She has led spiritual retreats since 2017.

She has co-directed and hosted two documentaries with the Wake Up platform: Despierta (Awaken), on the path of self-transcendence, and Hacia la Nueva Tierra (Towards the New Earth), on pioneering ways of thinking and living.

Today she devotes her life entirely to teaching the spiritual path through courses, retreats, books, and documentaries. In 2027, she will lead the new program Umbrales del alma (Thresholds of the Soul) and publish her new book, Los 4 Portales (The 4 Portals).

Now, here’s my story behind the bio…

Early Life

Since I was a child, I have felt a strong spiritual connection. As a teenager, I began searching for answers about the nature of reality and the meaning of my life, and I read every book I could find on transcendence.

Even so, for a while I followed the path society teaches us to walk. I earned a degree in Economics and a master's in International Trade, and I married very young. I worked for Prada in London and later at INSEAD in Paris. I had a materially comfortable life and, inside, a deep sense of dissatisfaction. I knew my calling was to contribute to a better world, and I wasn't.

My first trip to India changed everything. When I returned, I divorced, left my job, and moved back in with my parents to start from scratch.

I didn't yet know what shape my path would take. I discovered that if I took one step at a time, the direction revealed itself, and each stage brought its own lessons. Letting go of every form of security I had required me to trust my own strength and the guidance of the Universe as never before.

The Path

I began with service. I volunteered for ten years with children with cancer at La Paz Hospital in Madrid, and for two years with terminally ill patients. I lived in Tanzania for six months, helping at an orphanage and teaching at a school.

At the same time, I trained as well as I could. I took postgraduate courses at MIT, UCLA, and King's College, and trained, mostly in the United States, as a coach, mindfulness teacher, and therapist. For several years I also practiced as a regression therapist.

In the East, I traveled to India ten times and studied with Tibetan lamas for a total of two years. I lived for six months in a monastery in Nepal and received teachings from the Dalai Lama on several occasions in Dharamsala. I also learned from great Western spiritual teachers.

In 2007, I began to teach. I developed my own method of mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and self-discovery (©Beyond Mindfulness) and taught it to more than 2,500 executives at companies such as Accenture, Samsung, and Electronic Arts. Over the years, I have written eleven books on personal and spiritual development. One of them, The 7 Levels of Wisdom, I wrote in English, and it was published in the United States and internationally.

My life has alternated between periods of public outreach, working regularly with Spanish television, radio, and the press, and periods of retreat, devoted to inner work and to my connection with my Essence. Both have been necessary.

The Awakening

Like many people who are truly committed to a spiritual path, I had peak experiences and spontaneous memories of other lives. But the decisive moment came after almost a lifetime of searching, during a silent retreat. In a moment of absolute clarity, I knew the search was over.

What I had been looking for all that time was not outside of me, and no one could give it to me. It was within me. I had heard this many times and knew it intellectually, but now it became a living experience, and from that moment on I could always return to it.

It was such a deep experience of Oneness and unconditional Love that it left me with a calm that has never left me. It is hard to put something like this into words. What I do know is that it was not an ending, but a beginning. Since then, the work has been to embody it every day.

I also understood that I had to share it and help others free themselves from the bonds of the Matrix. That is how the inspiration came to begin guiding retreats and teaching people how to prepare spiritually for the transition we call death. I offered that workshop free of charge for years.

Since 2008

In 2008, I began guiding people individually, and over eighteen years I worked with more than 3,000 people from all walks of life. I reached many more through talks, courses, retreats, and books. During those years, I learned something that still guides my work: anxiety, dissatisfaction, and emptiness are rarely resolved by treating the symptoms. We have to go to the root, to the beliefs, conditioning, and wounds we carry without realizing it.

Over time, one-on-one work grew into something broader. I have guided retreats since 2017, and I found I could serve better by teaching the whole path to groups of committed people, for long enough for transformation to take root. That is why I no longer offer individual sessions.

The 7 Levels of Wisdom

During a trip to Mongolia, I felt a calling to write a book in English to reach more people. The 7 Levels of Wisdom offers a map of the stages of consciousness evolution and how to move toward the highest level of self-realization through self-awareness, spiritual work, and personal growth.

Writing it took great effort, and getting it published in the United States proved even more challenging. When no publisher showed interest, I learned to surrender and trust that the Universe would know the right timing. It was a deep test of faith and perseverance.

Five years later, I heard the same inner voice telling me it was time to try again, and I was guided toward one particular publisher. I edited the manuscript again and sent it. Two weeks later, they offered me a contract.

It was a powerful lesson in how difficulties and setbacks can become growth when we meet them with acceptance. Published in 2024, the book is now reaching readers around the world, and I hope it helps many to keep walking the path toward the essence of their Being.

Today…

My life is entirely dedicated to teaching the spiritual path and serving the Divine Plan. My work is to help people release the fetters and burdens we all accumulate, and to share maps that point the way, so they can move with greater clarity and speed toward Enlightenment: union with Universal Consciousness, Ascension.

I do this in several ways:

  • Courses: I teach the path through programs that support real change, not just passing inspiration. From 2025 to 2026, I created, directed, and taught Maestría para tu Transformación (Mastery for Your Transformation). In 2027, I will lead and teach the new program Umbrales del alma (Thresholds of the Soul). My programs are currently taught in Spanish.
  • Retreats: I guide retreats of silence, meditation, and teaching, where what we learn becomes lived experience.
  • Documentaries: With the Wake Up platform, I have co-directed and hosted Despierta (Awaken) and Hacia la Nueva Tierra (Towards the New Earth).
  • Books: I write to reach those who wish to keep evolving, wherever they are. My next book, Los 4 Portales (The 4 Portals), will be published in 2027.

I live a simple life, close to nature, because what I teach only makes sense if I live it.

What I offer comes from experience, not theory: more than twenty years of daily practice, and having accompanied thousands of people on their path. I have seen what truly transforms, what is unnecessary, and where we tend to get stuck. That is why my teaching is deep yet concrete, demanding yet loving, and speaks the language of life today. I am not a destination, but a guide on the path. The truth you seek is already within you, and my task is to help you remember it.
